I think we could peel turn here. Villain doesn't have many value hands on such board, unless he is playing AK very weird, but unlikely. Yes he can have sets sometimes, but remember sets are rare. Most likely he is on a flush draw, bet size isn't so big actually, he would value bet bigger with sets pretty often.

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop:If you call the flop you would want to continue on blank turns but I think that unless you have reads and you have a weak TP you can just fold the flop OOP.
