Preflop: Hero is Button with 9♠, 10:spade:
Hero raises to t1200, SB calls t600

Flop: (t2400) J♠, 8♣, Q♥ (2 players)
SB bets t1200, Hero calls t1200

Turn: (t4800) 4♥ (2 players)
SB bets t1200, Hero calls t1200

River: (t7200) 8♥ (2 players)
SB bets t2210 (All-In), Hero calls t2210

Total pot: t11620

Results in white below:
Hero didn't show 9♠, 10:spade: (straight, Queen high).
SB had 8♦, J♦ (full house, eights over Jacks).
Outcome:

Would a All-in on the turn be the best play?

He is shorter than 10BB so you can just go all in pf according to SAGE. The slowplay on the flop is not bad but on the turn u should reraise him.

I agree with most of this. There are some situations though where preflop we can make a raise with these stack sizes, because our opponent is just so nitty. But this is not so common. Shoving preflop is optimal.
