hi guys
this week i had a good profit but.....
this morning before cash out i feld need some fun because poker is a job for me and it is not interesting more
so i play roulette and lost profit and my bankroll. ![]()
last time it happened to me few months ago and i decided don't do that again but i couldn't.
i don't play poker for a week to punish myself.
i am so sad........
Hello parikal,
i am sad to hear that. It surprises me every time when good poker players loose their money on roulette. OK i understand if they want to have fun and they are ready to loose some money without regrets. But in your case you feel like you did wrong thing. Playing roulette is -EV. And as you don't want to play -EV hands you don't want to play roulette neither.
Maybe i would suggest you to withdraw all your oney from poker sites that offer casino games and deposit it to poker site that doesn't offer casino. Do you think that would help?
I wish you all good luck and avoid roulette in the future
thanks alan
the fact is i play in casino-poker sites to hunt some gambler on the tables.
but sometimes casino hunts me!
i try to buy some pc games to have fun with them when i need to.
best regards.
Hi parikal,
I click the buttons that say something like; "Don't show casino games." Mostly, I get off the computer all together, that takes the temptation away.
I do enjoy shooting aliens in Halo on the xbox instead though!
I really hope you can stay away from these games, they aren't beatable and I hate hearing when someone went broke.
Regards,
Mal.

I too used to do this, here are a few things you can implement:
1) Deposit the amount you wish to play with for Poker and then setup a Deposit restriction, this way you can't put more in until you request it to be lifted.
2) You can Exclude yourself from the Casino games in your account option on most sites. If that fails, email their support and ask them to block the casino games for you.
3) Some sites have a "Max lose" setting which will only allow you to lose "X" amount in the casino games in a set period, so you can still allow the odd bet of £10 or so a week if you like.
I'd strongly advise you set some of these up.
If poker is like a job for you you really need something else to put your mind on from time to time. I mean it's not bad to see poker as a business it's good! But not when it means you don't enjoy playing the game anymore ![]()
I never played Roulette before tbh. I don't even know how the game works
