$23.91 pot ($1.08 rake)
Final Board: 3 Q 7 3 3
Hero showed K K and lost (-$11.88 net)
UTG showed 3 J and won $22.83 ($10.95 net)

The board ran so bad for me, villain is unknown, I thought he can play 77 like this but I convinced myself Qx is more reasonable. Should I just call down river instead of stacking off?

Hello,

I wouldn't say this is a bad rundown. I don't think he has much 3x/77 in his range and for sure Qx are much more.
Considering the fact that any Qx has a full house and people hate folding full houses, I would shove for value as well.

Best,
Plamen
