3-bet on flop vs unknown

pre is fine, flop is fine, turn he raises me and it's obvious 3-bet becase:
1) opp got our stack and would have more value in his range rather than bluffs.
2) opp may think that we are tilting and would call us wider
3) lots of river cards may kill action: A,4,6, diamonds
the question is how much should I 3-bet? min raise would look 
I didn't want to 3-bet big in order to leave space for his stupid moves. so what should be size of 3-bet?
