Question 1: What is your motivation for playing poker?
my motivation for poker comes from watching all those guys on late night tv, just watching the moves they make, the bluffs they pull off, just having the guile to take on people with nothing in big stake games. its something i would and everyone else i presume love to be able to pull off against really good players.
and to show people that there is skill involved not just luck as some people try to point out to me, espically after i get laughed at when iv lost afew quid and get told, told you so 
Question 2: What are your weaknesses when playing poker?
as of yet i am trying to point out my main weaknesses but could do with someone more experienced pointing the main things out for me. i havent really started to analyiz my game yet, im just getting used of holdem manager and trying to use it properley and getting the hang of equity!
Question 3: What does it mean to play tight aggressive?
It means playing only a small percentage of hands, hands that have some chance of winning, playing them IN position, playing them aggressively
