Hi,

Turn raise seems very strong and m not sure you get called there too many worse hands (flushes and Qx may call you down but you fold out bluffs/air)
To fold river you need to be sure:
- he is calling pre AQ/KQ and leading that on the flop and turn
- he is not valuebetting flushes
- he is not 3-barreling with air

I would personally would call him down. He is sometimes turning made hands (99-JJ) into bluffs, sometimes has air and it is not unreasonable him to valuebet K or J high flushes

best regards,
