Hey Jackwilder077,

Flop cbet is fine. We can keep sizing a little smaller on this texture.

Turn cbet is fine. Again smaller bet works on monotone textures.

River is fine, but value is thin, smaller bet works well. x/c may potentially be a stronger play on this card as you mention.

why smaller size bet works good on monotone boards ??

because I think ...

-it is a scare board ..so we don't want to scare worse card ..

-but we don't want to give the right odds to draw..

so I think 2/3 pot bet flop + turn is the best ?? or half pot bet turn is better ?

if he raised flop... do you do broke here ?? I think I have to fold even with the K of hearts

Generally our equity is not going to be super high on monotone boards especially when we get a lot of action. For this reason we can bet smaller to keep our opponents range wide as possible. Monotone boards are NOT the same as regular drawy boards, they are a whole different category.

There is nothing wrong with giving someone the right odds to draw btw, we still extract value.

We can't really go broke vs a raise at this limit. This is part of the reason why we want to keep our sizings small to make sure we get action from worse.
