Standard option is just to flat preflop vs these positions.

We can just check this flop imo. It's true have overs and a gutshot but our overs are tainted and we can't expect huge amounts of fold equity on this board.

I think check/jamming here is actually a much stronger play than cbetting. However given we should expect villain's cold-call range vs 3bet to be reasonable strong I really think x/f is not an issue.

We need 28% equity to call. If we assume our 6 overcard outs are live and our 4 gutshot outs are live then I guess we have to call. Not all of those outs will be live all of the time though since they can also easily improve villain + villain may have just flopped something like a set.

So overall it's probably going to be a break-even call at best. Depending on his tendencies there is probably an argument for bet/folding. He might only ever shove top/pair + sets for example, in which case our equity is nowhere near good enough.
