I like the way you played the whole hand.
Triple barrel is optimal line here in my opinion as he will call you down with worse 10x combos as well as 8x hands since he is a fish. If he is aggressive he might raise river with missed flush draw or straight draw or some mid pp's.
I doubt that he had K10 here cause he would most likely raise it on this type of flop , fishes overvalue TP with weak kickers they rarely play for pot control such hands. So I would narrow his range here either to 8x or FD type of hands. He might call you with J10 or 109 down to river etc.
All the pp's stronger then 10 I expect 3 bet pre flop unless he has in his defend range monsters to extract more value vs aggressive reg etc. I don't expect fish to think on that level so he is most likely 3 bet showing those there.
Overall well played and you are ahead of his whole range so bet calling river raise is fine here.

The guy feels he has an edge over you post flop so he flats 32o lol sick!
In future just check other times he raises river, will it always be strong holdings (sets, top two pair, flush, straight) or he has missed draws, tp with weak kicker, 2nd pairs, turns mid pp's into bluff etc. All this will help you adjust when calling his river raise in future.

I don't think I like your sizings tbh. Here you have a massively powerful hand vs a spewy fish. He's never folding a pair/draw or a combo draw to any sizing. But your hand is vulnerable to turns/rivers, so you need to protect it.

I think I will bet 2700-2900 flop and shove turn tbh.

As played, I also call river. Could a fish trying something really stupid with his missed draws repping a 2x(very unlikely holding). He's basically repping 2x or 97. I think he raises 2 pairs on the flop/turn.
