Villain is 21/18/7.3 3B in BN 6.1 and vs CO 7.6 over 11k hands

postflop agg. F 50%, T 47%, R 34%

In 3B pots c-bet IP 84(37)
OTT in 3B c-bet IP 56(18)
WTSD 24 WonSD% 42

Solid reg, nothing out of the ordinary too much but overall postflop aggresive ( who knows, maybe BOT :) )

First of all, preflop ok?

OTF I should have around 35% equity vs his 6.1% range

Floated because he would bet prob. all his range on this F ,what do you think?

OTT when I improve I think c/r AI is best, is it? How does his range look on this turn? My thinking was that villain has some kind of made hand, not sure. Overpairs and turned top pairs..

thanks

Hey Crokid,

Preflop is borderline vs a 6% 3better. That's not crazy wide or anything. IP flatting is clearly fine. Here 4bet/fold is a legitimate option and may be better depending on how accurately we are able to define villain's range and our postflop edge. Vs unknown I'd 4bet/fold as default OOP.

Generally we should not be folding a lot of flops if we are going to be flatting this OOP. Especially given the backdoor hearts this is a defend in terms of game theory. Not necessarily due to our equity - partly our equity, partly bluff opportunity on later street.

Yeah, we don't fold on this turn, card. Options are x/jam turn or flat turn and donk-jam any river. Postflop fine overall. Villain's range strong overall, hopefully he folds a pair. This is not ideal, but this situation is solved by not flatting OOP preflop vs a 6% range rather than any specific adjustment we can make on the turn.
