Unknown villain, first orbit at the table. I 3bet pre because I think im just folding a ton post-flop and would rather seize initiative in position(?). When he donks I take this as fairly weak and try and push him off it. Call and re-evaluate a better option? Problem with that is there's no good turns/rivers really so would rather take it down on the flop.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU (Hero)$13.69:///////;SB$9.17:///////;BB$10.00:///////;MP2$3.92:///////;MP3$11.30:///////;CO$9.82:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BU with 6:d, 6:s.
2 folds, CO raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $0.90, 2 folds, CO calls $0.60.

Flop: ($1.95) 2:s, 9:h, 5:d (2 players)
CO bets $0.90, Hero raises to $2.40, CO raises to $8.70, Hero folds, CO gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $4.35.

Hey DannyG13,

I think this is generally a better hand to go in our preflop calling range BTNvsCO. OOP we can 3bet.

Donk into preflop 3better is rarely weak. Folding is likely best. Even if we want to defend raising doesn't make huge amounts of sense on this board texture.
