I don't know if anybody had the same problem. since I started playing this month on pokerstars, no strategy points been collected. last month there wasn't any issues

Hey craigjo,
Sorry to hear that. This could happen for various reasons, one of which is that you might somehow have Information Sharing disabled. You can find that under the Requests menu when you're logged in to your account.
So please check that and make sure it's enabled, because you need it to be enabled in order to earn StrategyPoints 
If that's not the problem, then the easiest way to get this resolved is by sending us a ticket:
We'll then try to help you as soon as possible.

Hey Craigjo,
I've received StrategyPoints for the 1st of January but nothing since then. There is possibly a delay on account of the holiday season. I definitely played on the 2nd as well and quite possibly the 3rd also.
All your StrategyPoints will be updated accordingly within the next few days.

i guess there is delay because of this Jumpstart - and i guess that those VPP will not count here - so they have to substract one by one... ♦
it would be easier to accept those extra VPP...
going now and enjoying my Status til the End of Month...
