If i had an account in full tilt poker and used my deposit bonus there, will i be able to get it in pokerstars as well? Because they are the same owner and everything...

Just be aware that if you pair your accounts, you may trigger the FDB if you transfer from FT to Stars.
This happened to me about 12 months ago. Best to check the T & Cs for what actions trigger the FDB unless you plan to deposit through standard measures
