Based on your reads that he jammed 3x pot (was he 100bb deep, though?) I think he could be doing this move with plenty of hands, so I don't think you should fold here. Of course he has sets and 2 pairs some time, but if he really is overplaying his hits that much he has so much other hands that you can definitely call here ;)!
He could have hands like A7s, 66, 88 - QQ, that he will ship based on OP, so you lose to 3 sets on the flop but you're ahead of many hands. I would ship this flop. Also they usually call flop and c/r trn with sets on non FD flops, esp flops like this one that do not hit your range.
Yes, he jammed w 97 around 100bb.
So call is good here, even if we are 150bb deep.
I calculated hes range vs KK on flop.
Maybe he did the same line w AA.
