I think his range is 99+, AQ+ and maybe KQ. My range is very thin here (KK+, AJ, KQ). I dont like that line, but what can I do here? Its a good flop to me, and I really dont have vbet. Maybe could I change my preflop strategy (dont 3bet vs EP) or how can I balance here?

Hey 00stranger00,

Reasonable hand to 3bet seeing as a little weak to be calling from the SB. Doesn't always have the best playability OOP though, but it does have nice card removal.

Flop check/call is certainly reasonable. I think best option is nearly always to bet though. We don't want to let opponent freeroll a turn on this texture and we don't want to be playing guessing games OOP.

Turn is already a x/f.

Btw, further to your comments, this hand summarises pretty well why stuff like 89s/9Ts make better bluffs SB vs UTG.

Curious, what do you coach?

Hi,

I'm the Hungarian PLO coach, but now I try to improve my NLH knowledge .

So do you think is better to call against UTG with KQ/AJ, and bluff with 89s/9Ts...
