Spoiler

$203 pot ($3 rake)
Final Board: J 4 7 3
MP mucked and won $200 ($102 net)
Hero mucked 4 4 and lost (-$98 net)

23/19,open co 22

cbet 55% , 3bet on the flop 19% , fold to raise 33%

My raising flop stat on last 20k hands was 8% so he should give me some credit.

Metagame : i had some allins with him that session and he hero called KK on A high board in 3b pot after he cbet flop ,xcalled turn half pot and xcalled river half pot.

Flop was A96r , turn 5 ,river 2 ( i had T9 for a picked up fd on the turn ) Thought half pot would look more like a value bet then a bluff ,and i had notes on him that he check/calls turn with underpair or some overcards on lower boards.

Anyway , fold flop ,shove turn ,shove flop?

Hey,

I would also play raise/call with my 44 on this board. Not because i'm afraid to get it in but to keep villain's range as wide as possible. Hence, I would proceed to call on this turn with the plan of pretty much calling it off on any river. Shoving turn is better than folding turn!

Thx,forgot to mention this is stars.fr and people are not so aggro

I actually filtered through 250k hands for this type of situation and besides some fishes doing stupid stuff it's always close to the nuts ,and that is in 100bb deep situations.

37 situations and vs regulars they either have a monster draw , like 56:s here or T9:S or the absolute nuts.

Thanks again.

Thx but i don't really think there is much to discuss here , it really is very game dependant imo and this games beeing so passive i think i should of folded on the flop . The rare time that they are really bluffing with gutshots or anything like that they are check-folding turn but dont think it's ever the case here.

Hey,

I would literally never fold this :f_grin: I just don't think folding this hand without ridiculously accurate and long term reads is anything close to the best play. That said, I've never played on stars.fr - maybe the games really are super passive.
