I do agree with the smaller Turn size. River is a tough spot. Now you lose to flushes and KQ. Assuming he often bet/folds KQ on the Flop, and that he would often c/r the Turn with a flush, I think you have some thin value here. Since the value is thin, betting larger than half pot is probably not a good idea.

So I'll bet/fold half pot.
