Preflop squeeze for value is fine.

Calling down is theoretically very reasonable vs an aggro opponent. I think it's fine as a default line - but even still, won't be that profitable vs an unknown who is probably not bluffing with a balanced range.

Huh, we can observe this phenomenon pretty often, raise on the dry board in 3bet pot. He can't have that many value combos but when we go to SD it appears that he has exactly nuts. So it's better to fold vs big raise in 3b pot on dry boards?

Yeah, often better to fold.

It's not really a phenomenon as such. It's just that our brain forgets all the times that our opponents flat calls or folds. So our opponent shows up with the nuts very frequently because he rarely raises when he doesn't have the nuts.
