Flop: I would fold with 0 equity but with some backdoor draws I think the raise is good.
Turn: Hmm you pick up a gutshot. Your draw may not even be clean. I'll probably fold here.
River: As played he bets small on the diamond river. He's probably afraid of that card. I think raising to represent the flush is reasonable.

To add to what MBML said I don't think raising flop is terrible vs a small donk but as played I'd either raise the turn or fold it.

His range is clearly some sort of pair or draw. We can make most non Ax pairs fold on the turn and draws can still call (and give us some thin value).

And as played you beat nothing on the river so either raise or fold.

I agree with fold, but why should I raise when his Fd is complete now ?
I have nothing and If I raise his bet he will not fold an AX or completed draw.
Don't I just burn money away ?

What do you mean his FD? He doesn't have JUST FD in his range and it's generally a small part of it.

He has either a small pair or Ax block betting. And fish get scared of flushes too.

So that's why you raise OR fold. If you think he can't fold much you fold, and definitely not call K high.

And also , aggressive fishes like him usually bet small with good hands because they don't want you to fold like you said once.

Okay, so how much can I raise his 0.50$ bet ? 1.5$ is okay ?

Well, I think you are focusing on the wrong street here.

I think that you should never get to the river the way you did. It's either a raise or fold on the turn and leaning heavily towards a fold.

But for the sake of the argument if we were to raise the river would $1.5 in such a big pot really get folds? Wouldn't that be an amount we raise for thin value with some possible thin value hand?

It would have to be $3+ at the very least.
