Hi,

Since board is so drawy I think that shove is better option than folding. He is usually not raising flop Jx hands, so that leaves 88/66, a lot of draws+ bluffs that TT should be ahead.
If you don´t want to shove then I would prefer calling and evaluating on the turn. Likely still taking c/rai line on blank turns.
