Preflop: Hmm size is too small. You should probably make it at least $6 with your entire range. I guess with this exact hand a smaller raise size could make more sense but in general we want to have balanced preflop sizes.
Postflop: Mostly a bet-size issue. Turn bet is too big and you look committed here. I would just halfpot twice and push the River.
Hey, and what about CHECKING this flop ? Doesn't make much sense ?
OR, after betting flop, CHECKING the turn ? Maybe we get a bluff here sometimes, no ?

Well you have not provided any good reason to slowplay. So I don't think you should as a default play.
Mixing it up once in a while with Flop checks is fine. Same applies to betting Flop and check-pushing the Turn. But usually I prefer having some sort of read that villain bets too often when checked to in these situations.
