the bb calls he seems fishy so he could have a wider range .
On first look i like this flop to cbet . We could fire good turns bigger than a T . But due to his stack we dont have a lot of room for post flop play. So anyu other lines ? Also i dont expect a lot FE on this flop thats why i dont think bet once and give up is good .
