Final Board: 4 J 5 2 9
BTN mucked and lost (-$20 net)
Hero mucked 9 J and won $38.92 ($18.92 net)

Villain is a 24/20 reg over 694 hands.
Fold to cbet 67%
Fold to turn cbet 54%.
WTS - 31. W$SD - 44

1) Should I be betting turn? I felt his range consisted of lower pocket pairs and jacks. With a 67% fold to cbet, I don't think he'll float too often. Is x/f bad here?

2) River raise small or jam?

Hi clawindsouza

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: 1) Given we are CO vs BTn and you cbet 1/2 pot on a dry board we shouldn't assume that he folds 67% to cbets but rather a lot less.

Don't forget that the 67% fold to cbet consists of all the boards AND all positions. You can be more accurate and look at fold to cbet IP and OOP and then look at board and bet sizes.

So I don't mind looking to take advantage of potentially wider range there

2) As played I feel that donking is superior to checking vs someone that's more passive on the river and would check back most Jx or even hands like TT. Checking is fine if you expect thin valuebets or a lot of bluffs (and since we've played our hand so weakly and all draws missed he can definitely have bluffs).

And I feel shoving is better than raising small since we polarize our range even more and anything that can call a raise to bluffcatch can call a shove,.
