Should I have checked turn to pot control on bad value board?
Yeah I'm not liking my call, but I still am not sure what line to take on a check\raise turn with middle set.

Hi,

Against 2 players you can likely check back turn and call most rivers. It is very likely that someone has there flushes. If you bet turn then most likely it should be b/f, since you don´t get correct odds against flushes and I doubt he is shoving worse since you´re also 125bb deep.
Also you can raise flop 1.5-1.7 since there are a lot bad turn cards for you. You´re not very comfortable getting all-in at 4,5,8,9 clubs so I would rather put more money in on the flop and then check back on bad turn cards.
