Hello everyone! :f_biggrin:

BB: $11.88 (118.8 bb)
Hero (UTG): $19.82 (198.2 bb)
MP: $4.49 (44.9 bb)
CO: $14.15 (141.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T 8
Hero raises to $0.30, MP calls $0.30, 4 folds

Flop: ($0.75) K 9 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.35, MP calls $0.35

Turn: ($1.45) T (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks

River: ($1.45) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $1.40, Hero calls $1.40

Villian:
vpip/ pfr / af / hands
40 / 5 / af / 20

PRE-FLOP:
It seems that I was on tilt when opened this hand. - I'm not usually opening T8s from EP.

FLOP:
Decided to cbet as a semi-bluff since we have FD.

TURN:
Didn't really knew what to do on turn, so I checked.

RIVER:
Decided that he might be bluffing since he x the turn, so I called.

1) What advice can you give me playing these kind of hands OOP, where we have midle FD and initiative?

2) What you thoughts on river play ?

Thank you for your great job doing evaluation! :f_p:

I agree, it's a little too loose. I know guys who regularly open J9s UTG though.

Standard line with these draws is just to bet/bet/bet unless bad turn and river cards come or we pick up showdown value. (All of which will happen somewhat frequently so we don't actually end up triple barreling that much).

Here we pick up a bluffcatcher on the turn and can x/c turn.

Ironically the fact that he checks the turn means that he is probably bluffing the river less often. If he had an air hand he's likely fire the turn. Sizing doesn't make sense though. If he has something like JJ/QQ he shouldn't really be potting it, so I don't mind a call here.
