he is be reg, 26/22 with 8% 3bet

steals bvb 63%, fold vs 3b bvb 63%, 4b range 8%

stats in 3b pots:
- fold vs cb 45/38/47
- raise cb 6/10/23
- bet vs missed cb oop 27/32

preflop maybe some of you flat because it's vs 63% steal, but I don't feel comfortable enough to flat it against semi-aggressive guy, so I 3b it

the board it really bad - everything picked up sth, but if you think about his range and stats, there aren't imo many hands he can handle bet bet shove with

he fold vs cb on each street, doesn't raise much

do you:
a) still just xbeh flop
b) bet flop, bet turn when picked up equity (how good? only flush? double gutshot? gutshot?)
c) close eyes and bet bet shove

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3:h, J:h.
3 folds, SB raises to $5.00, Hero raises to $15.00, SB calls $10.00.

Flop: ($30) K:s, T:h, 7:c (2 players)
SB checks, Hero ???,

Hey,

I'd go with modified b). Betting turn on 2-5, 7/T/K/9/8:h/6:h. I'm assuming it's fairly easy to see why i'm choosing these cards to bet on but if not, just ask :)

hi,

unfortunatelly it's not obvious to me...:
- 2-5 -> we have much more strong holdings than he has, so complete blank is good for us (but not exacly for our range, as we are polarised)? would you just go bet bet shove on 2 turn and blank river? or is it bet turn/give up plan? what hands are you trying to fold out by turn bet?

- K/T/7 - this one i'm not sure about... obv one of that card coming decreases likehood of him having it, but on the other hand same goes for our range. is it because let's say on K turn you don't expect him to x/c x/c x/c with AT?

- you wouln't bet on Ah? Qh? well, we don't 3b QJ, so we don't have str8 on A turn... well, I guess A doesn't improve our range, right? but we still would have fd+gutshot/oesd on those 2 cards, isn't it worth betting and making him fold T9ss or dunno, 88?

and one important question, if you bet turn on those cards, what on blank river? would you always shove/always give up/have nasty plan? (unimproved!)

2-5, so many combos of AJ/AQ/QJ/J9 etc for villain that all miss. KT7 same story. A:h/Q:h are close, given how much equity u have - the bet will usually be alright. The A:h is quite a bit worse than Q:h imo.

Nasty plan ;)

Depends so much on the runout and how wide I think villain is calling the turn, e.g. does he call 98/QJ again on a blank turn? Generally J3s won't rly be in my river barreling range against an unknown (not enough relevant blockers).
