Stacks:
UTG - UTG ($16.40)
CO - CO ($10.00)
BTN - BTN ($10.25)
SB - Hero ($19.31)
BB - BB ($6.57)

Preflop: ($0.15, 5 players) Hero is SB with Q♥ A♦
2 folds, BTN raises to $0.20, Hero calls $0.15, BB calls $0.10

Flop: 2♣ A♠ 7♥ ($0.60, 3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, BTN bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40, 1 fold

Turn: 3♥ ($1.40, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.70, Hero calls $0.70

River: J♣ ($2.80, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $2.10, Hero calls $2.10

Preflop: I thought about 3betting here, but his Fold to 3bet is so low (1/8), I thought he's never folding, so I just called. Maybe I should have 3bet anyways though, because he can call with worse.

Postflop: I think I'm in pretty good shape against his range, but don't want to play for a huge pot, so I called down every street. I think this allows him to just keep on betting his worse hands. But I'm not sure if it really makes sense to just call down to the river with top pair hand like this. Raise the flop? Fold the river?

Hey,

Re-raise preflop! The fact that villain is not folding to 3bets is GREAT for you. He's calling with so many worse hands preflop that by just calling preflop you're missing out on a lot of value. As played preflop, I would call down. The river is a bit annoying, since it looks a lot like he has AJ now but I still wouldn't find a fold here.
