The very first hand in the warm up. Villain is unknown but i did know he was a microstakes player who probably satellited in like me. Thats why i very close to folding river.

raise more pre no need to 2x at 4/80

as played very meh I think it is ok though he probably isn't raising a set on such a dry board which is all he can really rep i think he also likely bets bigger ott with a value hand

I always minraise. From first level to the last. (edit, well ofcourse not if there a callingstations at the table. Then i change to bigger preflop raise sizes) Too lazy to do anything else. I dont mind doing that in early stages deep stacked. We keep hands in that we dominate with the minraise. Always fun to get called by Q :spade:8 :spade: when we raise with A :spade:2 :spade: instead of having them fold pre. ;)

I also 3x this deep preflop.

Until turn it's fine. But I don't agree that he wouldn't raise sets. He wants to see a lot of money in the pot until the river this deep so he should start now.

I think calling is also fine vs unknown, but I don't see tpp many bluffs in his hand. A4s, A5s, 45s maybe, I don't think he'll turn a random pp into bluff this way. So I'd rather fold river, but I'm a nit .

And you also go multiway a lot of time and get harder spots and also lose value vs fish. I'm all for it in faster structures but in slower structures there is just no need unless everyones a good player at the table.

If we fold river we should fold turn for sure

In this spot though timing helps a lot btw

If we suppose that he bets only two streets as a bluff we can still call turn and fold river. I think this assumption is not further from the truth than assuming that he's always going to triple barrel as an unknown as a bluff (especially on a dry board at the beginning of the tour).

Hi all,

I don't think he necessarily sizes his value big on the turn. I'm fine with call flop call turn fold river, even if it's a "blankish" river. Folding turn is also very reasonable though.

It's way too lazy to just 2x pre at every blind level. I think 3-3.5x, especially with KK, is far far better in the first level of a tournament like the warm-up or the million.
