me again, was my fold ok here?, anything diff i could have done?

Preflop calling and 3betting has own merits. I prefer to 3bet usually, but your sizing is way too small. Standard sizing with one caller would be around to 300-320. Now you give extremely good pot odds for villains to call from position.

I like your postflop line. No need to go for any bigger cbet. You do beat some floats and flush draws, but as default I play as you have.
