Please contact PokerStars support and ask them if your account is tracked to PokerStrategy.com
Also, on the PokerStars client please go to Requests > Information Sharing and make sure that the box is ticked.

Also it may take a couple of days before we receive the data back from PokerStars. If your avatar doesn't update to bronze within 48 hours then please let us know.

Did you follow my advice from above? We can only recognize a tracked account when it earns StrategyPoints, so we cannot help you here. You must contact PokerStars via email and ask them. If you do this, you will have an answer within an hour or two.
