I agree that you could bet 2/3 of the pot OTF. If villain calls 1/2 bet with AK he will call 2/3 aswell most likely. I'd bet 1/2 of the pot OTT.

Preflop: looks fine
Postflop: bet size should depend a bit on what you think villain plan is after he checks. If he often gives up then we should bet smaller with our entire range. if he ck/calls weaker pairs or Ax like you've mentioned then betting bigger is better.
