Villain is 22/14 -14k.

SB call 11%
SB 3b 9%

xr flop 10%
follow on turn after flop raise 76%

wtsd 26%
wwsf 46%

Stacks:
UTG ($140.65) 141bb
UTG+1 ($225.45) 225bb
CO ($129.70) 130bb
Hero (BTN) ($100) 100bb
SB ($137.03) 137bb
BB ($99.50) 100bb

Pre-Flop: ($1.50, 6 players) Hero is BTN K♠ 6♠
3 folds, Hero raises to $2, SB calls $1.50, 1 fold

Flop: 2♠ 9♠ 4♠ ($5, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.50, SB raises to $9, Hero calls $6.50

Turn: 4♣ ($23, 2 players)
SB bets $20, Hero calls $20

River: K♥ ($63, 2 players)
SB goes all-in $106.03, Hero goes all-in $69

Villain seems a bit tighter and not the type that gets out of line, but can we really play this hand any differently?

No u cant.

Your reads arent strong enough to justify a fold with this hand with so much absolute hand strength
Sometimes you will see people triple barrel after checkraising with A:sX
