Value Bet/check River?

First hand

Preflop- fold or 3bet bluff.

Flop- Fine potcontroll.
Turn- Fine call.
River- Close spot. In micro stakes, when in doubt weither fold or call, just fold. As u only beat bluffs.

Preflop: this is close. I dont mind the call that much esp if he has a wide opening range. I often avoid calling in the sb and play my entire range with either a 3b or fold but vs this shortstack indont think we can 3b/call. 3b/fold is certainly an option.

Flop: hmm i dont think u have multiple streets of value. With a strong kicker im certainly raising. Here i dont mind playing more passively. U could also just call flop and lead turn and river to get in 2 bets.

Preflop: I think squeezing is by far the best option. You'll get called by plenty of worse hands, it's good if they fold anyway, and it's good if you get it headsup instead of having to play in a multiway pot.

Flop: I don't like check-raise here, I think you should either lead or check-call. Check-call is fine

Turn: I don't think I would bother check-raising here now. Your hand is still strong enough to call (it has some showdown value against worse draws since you have AQ high). You could consider leading flush rivers and turn your hand into a bluff against one pair hands.

I think he often has QQ-AA and sets. He shouldn't have too many 2pairs and straights since he's raising from UTG (UTG ranges don't contain too many low suited connectors) but he could have some of them.

Anyway given that he pots, he's probably pretty strong. Not to mention the fact that there's someone left to act behind you. The fold is definitely good. Even though it happened that he had a worse hand compared to yours this time, it doesnt change the fact that the guy left to act could very easily wake up with a stronger hand >50% of the time.

Flop: I don't like the Flop play at all. This time it worked out fine but you are just gonna put yourself into many bad spots.

Raising doesn't make sense with a medium strength hand
-You probably never ever get called by worse unless the opponent is really bad (cannot raise for value)
-You rarely get to fold out stronger hands (top pair or better is not folding, second pair hands which bet Flop will often call at least one more bet)

This means that your play is not achieving much, and you are just isolating yourself vs better hands. You should just call here and play some turns.

Turn: I feel like this bet shows that you are not really sure what you are trying to accomplish. Once again, hardly any worse hands call, better hands are not folding.

You played it fine. His range could very easily contain AA, some AX hands, and KK-QQ. I don't think he has a JX hand too often though I don't think we can completely discount that from his range.

I guess he could also have the occasional bluff like KQo but that would often bluff on the Flop and anyway he probably doesn't have enough bluff combos to justify making such a loose call.

SB looks like a weaker player and I think QQ is definitely ahead of his range. This means that there's more dead money in the pot and it makes shoving more favourable compared to calling.

With that said, you still should focus on MP's range here. If his 3b range is <3% in MP vs UTG, you should definitely call and not isolate yourself against KK+ with a 4bet.

I guess you don't really have too much stats given the extremely huge population pool at this limit. I think it's reasonable to assume that people don't really 3bet light especially in these positions.

With all things considered, I think calling is by far the best play.

Preflop: You should definitely consider raising it up to 6-7bb here. I don't mind checking in the BB though.

Best case scenario for raising: Everyone folds, or you get 1 caller
Worst case scenario for raising: You either get multiple callers, or UTG limp-reraised

Which is more likely to happen? I'm not too sure. UTG being a halfstack makes it more likely that he'll limp-reraise, and given that it's 4way instead of 3way, the likelihood of getting it headsup is much lower. So maybe checking is better.

Not to be results-oriented, but anyway UTG shows up with JJ here and I'm very sure he would have limp-reraised, so I guess that's another argument for checking.

Flop: I would just pot it on the Flop here. I think stacking off can't be too bad here when you have the nut flush draw and a gutshot. You'll often have at least 12 outs. At the same time, the pot is extremely small compared to the remaining stacks, so risk is high compared to the reward. I think getting it in is not too bad at lower limits but against stronger opponents you'll often see 2pairs and sets here and that would hurt your all-in equity in this spot (even if you make your straight or flush, they could redraw to a full house or quads).
