STD all the way? I could use this hand as a bluff because it has some kind of equity compared to other hands in my range, but i decided to check it down.

I would turn it into a bluff. Showing this Ace high down is more appropriate vs someone who 3bets 20%, or maybe 15% in this scenario.

7.5% range contains way too many better AX hand and you'll often find yourself losing on the River to AQ/AJ.
