I normally play ZOOM but I decide to try regular tables today. It seems to me that euro tables play much more agro crazy than dollar tables.

First this had that was played with the same villain.

PokerStars - €0.50 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 14.4 BB (VPIP: 52.63, PFR: 10.53, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 20)
Hero (SB): 100.84 BB
BB: 122.74 BB (VPIP: 21.77, PFR: 18.55, 3Bet Preflop: 11.86, Hands: 127)
UTG: 106.08 BB (VPIP: 19.00, PFR: 15.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 105)
CO: 102.72 BB (VPIP: 28.57, PFR: 23.38, 3Bet Preflop: 7.41, Hands: 82)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 7♦ 6♦

fold, fold, fold, Hero calls 0.5 BB, BB checks

Flop: (2 BB, 2 players) 7♥ 7♣ 2♠
Hero bets 2 BB, BB calls 2 BB

Turn: (6 BB, 2 players) 6♠
Hero checks, BB bets 4 BB, Hero raises to 10.86 BB, BB raises to 29.72 BB, Hero calls 18.86 BB

River: (65.44 BB, 2 players) J♥
Hero checks, BB bets 90.02 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 68.12 BB and is all-in

BB shows 3♠ A♦ (One Pair, Sevens) (Pre 53%, Flop 2%, Turn 0%)
Hero shows 7♦ 6♦ (Full House, Sevens full of Sixes) (Pre 47%, Flop 98%, Turn 100%)
Hero wins 197.68 BB

Couple of hands later the table fell apart and we were heads up.

PokerStars - €0.50 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 2 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (BB): 210.34 BB
SB: 102.22 BB (VPIP: 21.64, PFR: 17.91, 3Bet Preflop: 11.11, Hands: 138)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♥ K♦

SB raises to 2.5 BB, Hero calls 1.5 BB

Flop: (5 BB, 2 players) 4♦ 5♥ J♦
Hero checks, SB bets 3 BB, Hero calls 3 BB

Turn: (11 BB, 2 players) J♣
Hero checks, SB checks

River: (11 BB, 2 players) 8♠
Hero bets 5.24 BB, SB raises to 96.72 BB and is all-in, fold

Is this a snap call? The guy seems crazy or maybe he is on tilt. On the other hand would he bluff like this twice in a row? I was finishing my session and didn't want to end with a loss so I folded. Now I think this was an easy call.

Hi tywin

Welcome to the evaluation forums.

It's possible that by the time you reached the 2nd hand he was already tilted and with some desire to get the money back from you.

Not calling because you want to protect some winrate is definitely going to hinder your ability to play good poker.

Given his line and previous history I'd snap call. Even if he slowplays Jx he has worse Jx that could take this line and while 88 is possible it's just 3 combos.

Yes, I agree. Sometimes I just need someone else to tell me what should be obvious to me from the start . Thanks.
