Dude, that's just poker, and it's the same on any other site. You "only" had a 81.5% chance to win.
Things like that happen all the time, you gotta get used to it if you plan to keep playing.

so there was no flush draw or backdoor flush draw on the turn and he won with a flush?
Definitely email Pokerstars Support and they will fix this for you as they either
A) Dealt 6 cards
B) Swapped not only dealt river but also swapped the turn card

That can't be true. As the others have pointed out, 100% means that losing is literally impossible.
Your chance of winning on the turn were about 81.8% at best, but probably more around 75% if you didn't hit a King. Even if there had not been a flush draw at all, you would have had a 4.5% chance of losing to a set of Jacks on the river (again, assuming you didn't hit a King).
