SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 8♥ 8♦

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 2.1 BB, SB raises to 9 BB, Hero calls 8 BB, fold

Flop: (20.1 BB, 2 players) Q♥ 9♣ 4♦
SB checks, Hero bets 9.54 BB, fold

Spoiler

Hero wins 28.64 BB

Does it make sense to have cold call range vs this guy, his 3bet vs BU 13%, and and hi folds vs 4bet 9/10 times.

So becuase he is tight, doesnt barrel much, I would expect him to be honest in this situation, so I would cold call 88-QQ, AJs+, KQs, AQo and would 4bet KQo, KJ, AT, AJo, KK+, AKo ( a bit more bluffs because of his high fold vs 4bet) ?

Hey GingerKid,

Plan sounds totally fine vs a guy who is restealing wide, especially when we have position. 4b value range can be very narrow since he folds a ton to 4bets (and can hence cold-call) but seems a good target to 4b bluff against frequently.
