That's way too humble. The Russian community is aiming to earn $3M over 2014 under harsher conditions - only >=$100 >=11 BI >=45-man MTT/MTSNG cashes count with the BI subtracted - and holding a raffle for 4x$50 cash prizes among the winners at the end of the year, and giving out signatures not at random, but to the 3 biggest winners, which is fairer.

Bottom line: do you really admit that Russians are 3 times cooler? :f_cool: Yes, I know that they've collected only $480K so far, but don't forget that iPOPS High, SCOOP and WCOOP haven't happened yet!

Nice idea but i still don't understand what are those signatures ? You mean some silly badges ?

Common, 1million is not a joke and if you really want to make this challenge worthwhile you should give some serious prices for at least top 3 biggest winners, like 2k$ for live tourney in europe or something similar, otherwise this challenge will be nothing but a brag Thread

Poker Strategy is not poor, giving away 6-10k$ shouldn't be a problem if they really want to take it serious :)

Anyway, if i will bink some big MTT i will not hesitate to Brag in here, GL! :)

Isn't money won at the MTT prize enough? If anything, I would give prizes to people who have posted smallest winnings, they need it the most. We are just having fun here and sure, some brags are welcome too.

If I manage to ship anything significant I will post here, just to give my contribution towards reaching a community goal.

I think the guideline for winnings in € is to convert them to $ using the exchange rate listed on the Pokerstrategy main page, preferably the one on the day of the score. So the net winnings above are €414.52=$573.32 (and the gross winnings are €434.52=$600.98), congrats!

Believe it or not, it's nothing but a brag thread. As for a big prize like $2K... if their teambuilding promos are working insanely well even with $50-300 prize pools :f_rolleyes:, why do they ever need to spew $2K on them?

Ofcourse it's for fun but they could make it more fun with additional prices but yeah it would be nice if smaller winners also could get something but anyway, gl at shipping something big :)

2k$ was only as an example, But yeah, no one is forcing them to pay 2k$ or even 1$ :)

It's hard to aggregate so many scores; in the Russian community, everyone who posts a score should add it to the running total and announce the new total, and that's an easier way to keep track, and also more open and reliable - it's easier for readers to spot a calculation error without having to add all the numbers from the start or rely on a mod.
