AK missed versus stop&go

You don't give any reads regarding postflop play, so very tough for me to analyse the flop decision. In general I doubt the ev between calling and folding is very different. The preflop size you chose is clearly suboptimal. Your opponent is playing loosely and never folding to 3bets, so you definitely should be making it bigger. My size would be probably 33$, which also makes the flop decision very simple.

His pfr is 6, do we considerhim raising top of the
Range? Still Ak is better 3bet than call right?

Given stack sizes, the fact that you don't know how he constructs his raising range and his f23b is zero, this is a clear 3b pre.

Wanted to ask actually if there is a population read on fish PFR? Are majority of them raising strong hands and limping weak? Or they play random? Some coatches tell me, look at his low PFR, he is strong there.

Just depends on the player. Sure his pfr is low and he could be strong but his pfr was 6, so even if he's raising top 6% only, AK is doing well enough to be a 3bet preflop.
