is turn fold ok? I fold mostly because of BB he folds 60% flop, so I thought he is very strong here.

What's his rfi from UTG? When a player min raises from UTG I immediately look at his rfi and see if he's opening wide from UTG and consider adding KQs to our 3betting range.

As played I guess its a fold on the turn. I think UTG wouldn't bet worse on the turn often after getting 2 callers.

100 hands so no sample. Pfr is only 8 so he is not weak i m not sure if fold is better? He is fish

Hi,

Seems strange that he would min-raise with AQ or QQ-AA, so you may consider calling once more. Although likely I would also fold. Pot is small and you don´t have that strong hand that you can call him down.
With AQ I would likely called once more
