I am simply curious. Why would Pokerstars sell play money chips? Not to mention that I have heard reports of them raking play money games.
Does anybody have any ideas as to why they would even think of such a thing? Who in their right minds would spend real money to buy play money in Pokerstars? One has either to be insane or simply missing some 1,000,000,000 brain cells.
They don't seem to be in a bad financial situation either. Could it be simply greed? Could one of their strategies involve taking advantage of the less capable members of their site? Or perhaps they don't have anything else to fill the advertisement space within their poker client.
In any case, why they do it is beyond me. I'd like to read your ideas, though.
