I think your r/f here is fine.
My oppening range here would be: 24.3%, 22+, A5s+, A8o+, K8s+, KTo+, QTs+, QTo+, J9s+, JTo, T9s, T9o, 98s, 87s, 76s
And if opponent push with: 11.3%, 66+, A9s+, ATo+, KTs+, KQo, QJs
Then I call only with QQ+

A bit more info on teh BB will be very helpful. Weak player could mean maniac or it could also mean some guy who is very, very tight. So depending on that-our ranges will vary.
Regardless, I am never folding JJ here tbh. Btw, mylove19207, I am not sure how you check the ranges, but I just double checked yours and JJ has a positive expectation of +0.33 vs that extremely tight range.
