Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

BTN: $56.37 (112.7 bb) unknown
SB: $50.25 (100.5 bb)
BB: $50 (100 bb) 41/27, hands around 40.
Hero (UTG): $50 (100 bb)
MP: $24.42 (48.8 bb)
CO: $104 (208 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K K
Hero raises to $1.50, 2 folds, BTN raises to $4, SB folds, BB calls $3.50, Hero raises to $11, BTN raises to $19.50, BB folds, Hero raises to $50 and is all-in, BTN calls $30.50

Can we fold once villain min5bets? I could've just called the 3bet but I really wanted to get value from BB since he seemed to be a fish. Does calling have any benefits?

Flop: ($104.25) K 3 4 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
Turn: ($104.25) 7 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: ($104.25) 4 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results:

Spoiler

$104.25 pot ($2.50 rake)
Final Board: K 3 4 7 4
BTN showed A A and lost (-$50 net)
Hero showed K K and won $101.75 ($51.75 net)

Hi,

with BB in the pot and 3bettor being IP over us i like your 4bet/jam line. while BU obviously looks strong, we dont want to miss value from BB and get oop, so going in against a stronger range (risk) for the reward of getting value from BB is worth it.

of course we are up against QQ+ AK here but we are still ahead considering this is a 6max game i wont be surprised to see QQ AK or soemtimes even JJ.

Thanks
Xavier Fok
