Hi guys,
this is my first hand post and i feel like a played this quite bad so looking for some constructive criticism.
Maybe I should of folded the JJ pre flop when faced with the 3 bet out of position
to a player i don't really know? or maybe I should of check raised the flop?
or bet once he checked the king? (maybe a trap?) once he bet 2/3 of the pot with king on the turn and queen on the river i felt beat hence the fold. After replaying the hand I feel he had AK, KK or QQ.
Thanks for help :)

Hi, fullonbluff...
To questions that contain "maybe I should have..." I usually end up suggesting Equilab.

In this case, let's put BB on a range...

       Equity     Win     Tie
SB     56.47%  55.75%   0.71% { JJ }
BB     43.53%  42.82%   0.71% { 88+, ATs+, KTs+, QTs+, AJo+, KQo }

I gave BB a somewhat tighter range than I would have if MP had not been in the pot (and it may even still be too wide).
If he is hugely active and aggressive, then his range might be even wider...

So good call pre, and IMHO good fold OTR as played.

There are other things to consider in this hand:
First, should you have just flatted vs MP's open raise?

       Equity     Win     Tie
MP3    42.28%  41.58%   0.71% { 66+, AJs+, KQs, AJo+, KQo }
SB     57.72%  57.01%   0.71% { JJ }

Secondly, should you have called the flop bet?
It seems to me that fold or x/r this is best.

But then...
Disclaimer: I am NOT a coach!

But in any case, get Equilab, and put it to use -- it can tell you a lot.

Best of luck,
--VS
