I played poker for some time now and i dont develop my game. i been a member here for like 2 years and never posted a single hand. So how do i post a hand, im sure it says somewhere but i dont find it.

No idea mate, the site i play on you can't use the hand converter on here.
Also there doesnt seem to be an option to manually post hands, as in a graphic for the cards such as 4d, that would display the 4 of diamonds.

Posting hands is essential for getting better. Also evaluating hands from other players, especialy on evaluation forum as this one.
Because hands are evaluated by coaches and high profile players, so you can see where your thinking is different from theirs and find your leaks by doing that.
So if you don`t have tracking software like HM or PT, try to put it in PS hand converter. If it still doesn`t go for you, then look on google for poker hand converter and I am sure you will find some and then post hand here.
