Why 3betting is not an option?

You aren't aggressive enough. You need to build a pot preflop with your big PPs. Follow through with a Cbet on the flop. If there are no over cards, you're prob good against most of his just calling range and you want sPPs/Ax/draws to pay if they want to stick around or you take down the pot. If you face any resistance you can always fold. I only play plo cash but that would be my approach. Define you opponents range and exploit it. check through your hand histories and see what he's going to flop/showdown with. It makes betting easier, if he's got a lot of Axs or 88+ in his range barrel every time he misses. Most likely if you had been the last aggresser you would have built a decent pot and taken it down on the flop. Non showdown winnings are important too.

You have to 3bet and Cbet flop!!! get the max value from your hand, don't wait until villian gets the nuts to make your move.

3betting vs utg "depends", looks cool against 16% opener.
as played, don't you think he cbets Jx otf AND if he doesn't, then he doesn't raise it ott? i only give him x:c y:c and T9 type hands as possible bluffs (and i'd discount them a bit as well as people are mostly not that creative) so i fold river.

I agree with tomaloc..I only 3bet PF QQ vs utg if he opens more than 16 % and dont fold too much to 3bet like -65 %

Why you want him folding too much to 3bets with QQ?

Personally,I feel like just calling a big pair out of position is not very recommendable.You offer your opponent complete pot control and the chance to outdraw you, like he did right here.

Why you want him folding too much to 3bets with QQ?

I mean the right opposite ..I want him to not fold too much to 3bet , to 3bet with QQ/AK ,I mean by : - 65 % : every thing less than 65 % fold to 3bet ... (ofc with wide open range )
