Equilab uses the Hand vs 3 Randoms hand range model. This was the model for weighing equity that was popularised in Andrew Prock's PokerStove which was created in the late 90's. The Hand vs 3 Random's model has become the standard for the majority of all situations, but you should be aware it was designed with the concepts of limit holdem in mind. In reality no limit players typically have much more fluid ranges than defined using Hand vs 3 Randoms unless they are playing from a dated chart, consider Hand vs 3 Randoms to be an excellent starting point but you will likely need to revise your opponent ranges to make them more precise. Another popular range model is called Sklansky Karlson, it is designed to determine weightings of hands in SB vs BB dynamics, this model is discussed in great detail within the book No Limit Holdem Theory and Practice by David Sklansky and Ed Miller (here is the thread where Sklansky Karlson hand weighting was first created).

PokerTracker 4 includes one of the only equity tools that incorporate both Hand vs 3 Randoms and also the Sklansky - Karlson hand model. In addition PokerTracker 4 allows you to create your own hand range modeling tools, for example you could create a 3Bet range model that overvalued Axs hands and all pairs 77+ if you like... it's 100% up to your vision of how a range should be constructed and hands weighed within that range.

It should be exactly the same. Type in a range of 10%, you will see the same 10% range in PokerStove as you will see in Equilab, and also the same range if you are using the Hand vs 3 Randoms range model in PokerTracker 4. We all use the same model. The difference just comes down to how fractions are accounted for.

Equilab: 77+, A9s+, KTs+, QTs+, AJo+, KQo

Equilab is set to 10% range, there is no rounding up to the nearest fraction in Equilab - 10.0% includes 88+, but in reality that is 10.3%. The rounding up is possible considered a feature in Equilab, we do not know.

PokerTracker 4: 88+,A9s+,KTs+,QTs+,AJo+,KQo

PokerTracker is set to 10% range and using the Hand vs 3 Randoms model, we do not round up to the nearest fraction as this would not be advantageous for some of our built in automated equity calculations. 10.3% includes 77+ in the range

Unfortunately we do not have a copy of PokerStove available when typing this post, but the results will be the same as shown above.
