Greetings!

I'm planning a trip to London and I would like to know the poker scenario in London.

Thanks. :f_thumbsup:

The Grosvenor Victoria is probably the most popular casino in London. Offers cash games in NL/PLO from £1/£1 to £50/£100 or higher. Good few dozen tables, nice service, think the rake is OK. Tournaments 1-2 times each day from £30 - £200 odd.

The Empire, Leicester Square is more casino-focused but still has around 10 tables. Rake is a bit higher (BBJ tables) but it's unanimously considered the softest game in London. Good for cash, terrible for tourneys. £1/£2+ games.

Aspers Stratford is on top of a giant shopping mall. I've only been once or twice, seems like a very well-run room. Probably a little bigger than The Vic, but I've never seen it full whereas The Vic is always packed.

gutshot is good for all levels, they do a beginners night on tuesdays and there is a free roll on Mondays where you can win a trip to the wsop. they have recently expanded the poker room, it's quite pleasant and the food is good but a bit pricey. check out their website for the poker schedule.
or there are lots of places to play in London (clapham, twickenham, park royal, chiswick, croydon etc).
