If he cbets tight, and you know you are beaten why not exploit him by folding?

You block flushes, which would be enough reason to call river vs balanced reg, but vs tight it is not.
You need 60% fe, so if we assume he folds all non flush combos, is he folding enough?
I think raise can be at best slightly +EV, but can be burn money if he folds very few combos.
Folding is surely exploit so i would fold.

Preflop: You should probably 3-bet this. ATo just crushes a 91% opening range. I suppose being deep makes 3-betting this less favourable.

River: This line makes sense if you are 100bb deep. When you are deep you will probably raise the turn with your nut flushes.

I also think this hand is way too strong to turn into a bluff against an aggro opponent. Vs this guy, I guess this hand is a lot weaker since he's more passive.

I think he would fold most non flushes so the bluff is probably ok. From GTO perspective you def need to balance some value raises with your flushes as well and if you think c/c AT is not profitable then using the A:c blocker is certainly reasonable.
